TRADESTAND INFORMATION

With space for over 150 trade stands, there are plenty of opportunities for your agricultural business. The Fair consists of 3 main area’s, the King’s Hall Ground Floor, with over 60 trade stands surrounding the main show ring. The King’s Hall balcony with 50 stands overlooking the main arena and the Annex, a purpose built 50m x 40m marquee built to show agricultural machinery and larger dairy equipment.

Please download the Trade Prosectus, Application Form and Risk Assessment Form, complete and return the booking forms to us either by email to David Laidlaw or by post. If a suitable space becomes available, successful applicants will be contacted and sent a confirmation letter with further information. Please ensure that you provide a day time contact number.

CURRENT EXHIBITORS ONLY

All 2010 Exhibitors will recive their application packs for 2011 in the post towards the end of July 2011. Those who wish to exhibit in 2011 should complete all relevant forms in the application pack and return it before Friday 2nd September 2011.  All stand payments must be made in full when booking. Stands will not be confirmed until full payment is recieved. If you wish to discuss your stand requirements, please contact David Laidlaw.
