NEW VENUE FOR 2012
This year's Royal Ulster Winter Fair will be taking place for the first time in the King's Hall Pavilions, our new purpose built events structure located at the top of the Balmoral Showgounds.
The King's Hall Pavilions comprises of a 5,000sqm structure, which will be as big as the King's Hall ground floor and balcony combined, allowing us to house all trade stands on the one level.
As well as the majority of trade stands, the King's Hall Pavilion will also contain the show ring and grandstand for the Winter Fair.
In addition to the main structure, we will again be connecting a large marquee to house machinery and larger dairy equipment.

Please download the Application Form and Risk Assessment Form and complete and return these to us either by email to David Laidlaw or by post. If suitable space becomes available, successful applicants will be contacted and sent a confirmation letter with further information. Please ensure that you provide a day time contact number.
CURRENT EXHIBITORS ONLY
All 2011 trade exhibitors will be contacted from July 2012. Those who wish to exhibit should complete the application form and return it before Friday 7nd September 2012. All stand payments must be made in full when booking. Stands will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
